What is G11 Coins Redemption ?

In Garuda Eleven Metaleague, players are able to redeem the G11 Coins they've accumulated in game for rewards from our partners, digital vouchers, and Merchandise.

What is the redemption process?

• Navigate to the 'Redeem' tab from the game's homepage

• Browse the available items and/or partner rewards available to be exchanged for G11 Coins.

• Select the item, click "Redeem"

• A window will pop up, you will need to enter the following information associated with the account to proceed

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

• Click 'Confirm', Your Coin balance will be deducted and the transaction will be recorded.

• Your redeemed item will be sent along a confirmation email into the inbox provided

I've completed the process, why have I not received my redeemed item?

Generally, your redeemed item will be sent along a confirmation email into the inbox provided, please check your inbox as in some cases we may have an admin contact you to verify the information provided and send the items after confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for confirmation.

How can I check my Redemption history?

• From the Game homepage, click your profile picture on the top right corner, it will pop open the 'Profile' window.

• On the profile window, click on "Redeem" from the left hand list.

• Here you can see all past and active redemption along with their unique identifier code and status, please refer to these identifier when contacting Garuda Eleven 11 Metaleague about a transaction.

• Items in progress or unable to be executed will be shown as such under a transactions' status

I changed my mind, can I get a refund and my Coins back?

Redeem transactions are non-refundable once executed and the digital reward is generated. Garuda Eleven Metaleague will only reverse a redeem transaction if it is fraudulently generated or if the account is compromised. If we suspect that a transaction was fraudulently generated, the administrator will reach out to confirm the information provided before executing transaction.
